Never again

In july i requested a settlement letter for the loan. i was sent the settlement letter and i paid according to the settlement on the quote ti was advised that i needed to sent the proof of payment.I made the payment and as indicated i sent the proof of payment. I then was advised after sending the proof of payment a day after that the payment was received and and the loan is now settled Today i checked my account and to my surprise the loan amount and company fees was deducted from my account. this i find shocking cause i settled the account and received confirmation that it was received i made contact with a agent and the only responds give was that it is a system error and i need to wait a day for my own money to be paid back to me. This debit is ******* and i have no business with the company so why must i wait why must i understand and why must i spent all my time trying to get my own money back this is bull and companies like this there licence to trade should be revoked cause after one settles ones account the banking details should be removed from the system so that this should not happen never ever never will i make use of this service again
