Negative Credit report

I paid one of my accounts with them up but its still showing on my credit report a year later, this is causing my credit report to show that it is a negative. I have spoken to multiple people regarding this but no one seems to do anything about it and cant fix my credit report. I cant open anymore accounts due to Getbucks not updating their systems and updating customer’s credit profile.
