Need Help?
I don't want to complain on here but i am not having any luck with your call center or online chats. I requested a consolidation of my loans on Monday and sent my documents. The lady said that someone would call me to discuss it but i haven't had any luck and every time i ask on the chat they tell me it has been escalated? Can someone please assist me?
