My refund
I have settled my loan on the 16th, you decided to debit my account on the 21st since then I have called 4 times each time I'm told it has been processed. Do you the predicament you put my self in, I have to beg for my money that's really pathetic. Today it is the 23rd still waiting I was promised that I will get it yesterday but still lies after lies. I want my money Today.
