My paid-up letter please

<p>I once took a loan with Komo Finance which was latter purchased by Getbucks. I paid up the loan more than a year ago but to my surprise when I app**** for a house loan with my bank they said my credit records show that I'm owing Getbucks and I'm behind payment. They advised me to request a settlement letter from Getbucks. </p> <p> </p> <p>I tried reaching out to Getbucks but received no joy till today. Their online chat agent didn't help either and my emails I sent to their collections department never got correspondence. All I'm requesting is a settlement / paid-up letter from Getbucks. </p>
