most horible experience ever

<p>i had a loan with getbucks, whick i settled in full, every month i still get emails for outstanding amounts, if i reply on the email it does not go through, nor does the phone number work. i once got through to a very unprofessional agent, it sounded like a back door service place.</p> <p>i wnat know how does this company operate, there is no customer complaint info, and looking at the other reviews there is no response from them. this is very very poor, and i'm ever so sorry that i made use of them.</p>
