misinformed

<p>i have been on the phone for the entire day with getbucks agents waiting for them to give me feedback on my application only now after the entire day of being told they will call me back i am informed that they are only allowed to contact customers on the number which is provided on the credit review which i think is very unprofessional to not inform clients before hand and if this is not resolved ASAP i will have to take further steps as this unacceptable.</p>
