Managers empty promises and laughing employees

<p>Day 2 of Getbucks low standards: the manager yesterday at 2pm told me I will get my money back yesterday. Today no money was refunded and had to makes call amounting to 45mins, one agent left me hanging after she said she calling the manager, after 5 mins of holding I put down and called again. Upon calling back I was told the manager had gone to a meeting. So I get told to hold on for the manager in the meantime he's on not going to attend to me but left to go upstairs. This manager said something yesterday and today he's avoiding me. Secnd day of no service and my phone bill going up due to numerous calls and no call back from Getbucks. </p>
