Made my credit report has not been updated in over 7 months.

After having hiccups I finally paid up my account last year (July 2017). I forwarded my details to GetBucks and no one ever bothered to contact me or update my credit report.

I then posted a complain here on HelloPeter. Between October and December, I was communicating with a gentleman by the name of Sylvester who promised me that everything was going to be fine.

It's now almost February 2018 and my credit reports (from ALL THREE PROVIDERS) still reflect a loan which I paid and followed up numerous time to get rectified.

I was given a paid-up letter and promised that within a month or two I will be good. I don't know if I should pay all over again or if I should just **** myself and get it all over and done with.
