Lying Call Centre Staff!!!!!!

I phoned GetBucks to sort out my settled account for the past month already. I asked to speak to the people I have dealt with over the month and Constance tells me everyone is in a meeting. 5 Min later I phone back and get to the person I dealt with and she was never in a meeting. Really???? And Constance reckoned me she is trained... trained to do what??? However I came across a very nice person now but Constance is bad for their reputation.
