Lucy from Getbucks has no telephone etiquette!

I would like to log a complaint against Lucy! She is incredibly rude and has no telephone etiquette whatsoever! This is the second time that I spoke to her. She is horribly rude. I am unable to recieve OTP's from Getbucks only and she completely brushed it off and refused to help me and said my phone is broken. She has no knowledge what brand of phone I own or anything. How you can employ someone like her is beyond me! Disgusting to say the least!
