Loan promised-no payment

Hi app**** for loan. Missed their call at 4pm. I called back at 5pm. I was emailed contract and told 5pm money will be in in an hour???? its 7.30pm nothing! Was told by pindile they are in office until 8pm but Ive been holding for 2 hours and nobody answers so frustrating. It shows I must pay my installent 29 october but I still have no money in my account. I see its a trend with this people.
