Loan not paid out after approval, please cancel application

Loan not paid out but profile indicating it was. No response to emails, called to cancel loan since it wasn’t paid out n was told I would get an email been waiting since last week still no email or any communication. Went on the chats , the agents immediately when I say he problem they tell me to wait they investigating n next thing no response.
