Loan not paid out
App**** for my loan on 9 November and it was approved. Today is the 17th and it has still not been paid out. I have had numerous BS stories from their online chat service telling me their system is down & faulty. Also, Customer service has stopped replying to my emails. I've been with them for a couple of years and this is rather frustrating and disappointing service. The debit order for this loan has been scheduled against my bank account and will go off next week - but still no pay out. Bizarre!!
