Loan not paid into account

I was approved for a loan from Getbucks on the 11th of June, 12:15. It has been more than 24 hours and still no payment has been made into my account. This is an emergency and while Getbucks prides itself by claiming to payout in one hour, this has been more than a day. I want my money to be paid into my account today. What about the interest charged for this period?
