Loan not being paid out
Poor communication!!!! Poor customer service!!!! I have been waiting for my loan since Tuesday 12 November. And been receiving no updates!!!

A consultamt called yesterday to say i will have my loan in my account by CLOSE OF BUSINESS 14 NOV! its already Friday!! And still no payment! Improve your systems or go back to using an old system go get extra people to handle your backlog stop making excuses!!! You are a business with poor customerservice right now!!!! Its the 21st century and you can't be having system issues for many days !!!!!!
