Loan approved over a week ago, yet waiting for my money?

App**** successfully for a loan last week Monday, made payments to my bank acc and to my ewallet, have not received the funds that was sent to my wallet.

I can understand a delay of a day or two due to a software or automated payment system problem, but almost 2 weeks with no end in sight?

Are we supposed to pay back interest and fees on money we have yet to receive? The worst part is the standard reply, we are sorry for the inconvenience and we have no idea when payments will be made, yet I wonder what will happen if my debit order does not go through? Just make the payment I was approved for and stop with the excuses.
