Loan approved no payment as yet

I app**** for a loan it was approved Debit Order is loaded but no money was paid over to me - i did an enquirer and get the same feedback the Finance Department has problems with payments - when will this be resolved when can we expect payment the loan was done as an emergency how long will i wait before it is paid over normally it is quick payment is in the next day - please can someone tell me when it will be paid
