Loan approved but no disbur*****t! Day 5

App**** for an emergency loan and was unaware that the business is experiencing system issues dating back till the 15th October 2018. The enormity of the issue was not explained to be via chat and only made mentioned of payments still needed to be paid out from the 29th October 2018 (standard response), so my question is why did you allow my loan to go through? What is the purpose of me taking out the loan, you get your admin fees and interest but I get nothing when I needed it.

I want my loan to be reversed or else I will be taking it further, alot of people is affected and you run the risk of loosing your credit license. In fact I'm just going to lay a complaint to the Credit Ombud office.
