Loan approved 7 days ago and still no Payout till today!!!

My loan was approved on the 4th of December 2018 its been now 7 days to pay out R500 & still nothing??? this is ridiculous. no one even knows whats the reason the cant pay out. 4 days ago i even tried paying out to my eWallet. but still nothing???! do you realize the whole point of taking out a loan is to use it for something important. I have a loan that is accumulating interest that i will have to pay back soon. How is this fair or even professional?? i need this sorted out today!!!
