Loan approved 11th by 15th no payout

My loan was approved on the morning of Friday the 11th and still on the 15th I have received no payout.<br> Everyday I am told the payment will happen and it never does.<br> I was told yesterday(the 14th) that it would definitely be paid and would reflect this morning. Again there is no money. When the consultant checked this morning she told me I had as yet not been paid but should be paid with the next batch. Unfortunately I do not know what to believe as I have been told the same story everyday and as yet nothing has happened.<br> Surely if there are technical issues can you not let your customers know. Why do I have to keep phoning to be **** to?
