Loan Application

I made 3 loan applications sent numerous emails numerous chats and still its not resolved. On the website it states approval in an hour that has not been my experience, the consultants never respond to what you're actually saying which explains why the long turnaround time. First call or incident resolution does not exist! Getbucks is supposed to be fast easy and convenient seems more like it's taking up a lot of my time and money to get money. If I didn't need money I would not have contacted your company. Data is expensive and I'm taking a lot of my time just to get someone to give me the correct explanation. Emails go unanswered or they answer one thing and not another to the point where I have no idea what's going on.

Can you please check on my account and provide a proper full of information update.
