Loan amount not received

<p>I app**** for a loan and got confirmation that it was approved. I was supposed to get the money the following day yet I didn't. I waited for over a week sending tons of emails but non of them were responded to. I called the call centre after the instalment was deducted and was told the money is stuck somewhere. How is it possible that you are able to deduct an instalment yet you are still in possession of the money? I have asked tons of times for the loan to be cancelled and to be refunded the money that was deducted from my bank account.</p>
