<p>Getbucks handed me over to hahn lawyers last year the time i was on unpaid martenity leave then in december 2015 i managed to pay one account and left with one account so hahn consultant zinhle called me to make arrangement then we did,they send me a statement that shows i am not owning the Getbucks next thing i got a call from another consultant from hahn telling i got outstanding balance of R450.00, i made another paymen***** being months waiting for the paid up letter but they keeps on saying i will get it from Getbucks but their side i am still owining Getbucks cant get paid up letter</p> <p>When i check my Experian it shows Getbucks as a Judgement and no one is willing to help me while my accounts are paid up.i just checked my profile on Getbucks,my account is suspended.</p> <p>Getbucks and Hahn must remove the judgement and provide the paid up letter its been months now</p> <p>I cant take it anymore and i cant even apply for any job that i want or vehicles finances or home loan </p> <p>Remove the judgement and provide me with a paid up letter</p> <p>Why is so difficult to do that but when they want you pay the account they call you almost everyday to remind you and they quick to send you banking details but they cant remove judgement or provide paid up letter.this is nonsense serious how many months should wait for this and they dont keep you updated.</p> <p>I called Zinhle Hahn she said her manage will send updated accounts to Getbucks and she will call me back even today i am still wating .</p> <p>your services is bad ,you need to provide the better services not bad services</p> <p>i am tired of you</p> <p>do your job</p>
