Its very sad that the only way you can get assistance from Getbucks is to complain on this sight. They should focus on running their business properly so that it doesn't go this far ! After typing my question regarding why my loans haven't been cleared after the debit orders went off over a week ago after early settlement, i get as far as live chat asking for my ID they tell me they will look into it and either just send a message saying bye or they don't even come back to the live chat !
