Literally the worst experience

I had an emergency and it been almost a full week since i app**** and was approved, but still have not received the money i needed. i cant even make another plan since my record shows that i have a loan already. if they know they are not able to pay out loans, then why are they still accepting them, would it be better to first fix your systems if it is in fact a system error. the worst is that Getbucks doesn't even bother to keep their customers informed. i'm just so sick of the generic responses, that's what has prompted me to complain here
