Listed me on ITC for nothing

I have been struggling with this stupid *********** company for over 6 months now. <br> I took a loan in sept 2014, paid it out 5days later, using a ref number and bank details they supp**** to me <br> <br> Only to be called 4weeks later by one of them asking why i have not paid the loan. <br> I told the guy it is paid and guess what,, he decided to hand me over without even an explanation<br> <br> This company ruined my credit record, listed me, promised to fix ITC and still hasnt <br> I have dealt with almost everyone working for this stupid ****a shop and no-one has been able to assist<br> <br> today i call and email and chat asking just for a paid up ****en letter and still NOTHING <br> ITS LIKE EVERY ****EN PERSON THAT WORKS THERE DOESNT KNOW A **** ABOUT HOW TO DO THEIR JOB **** I AM SOOO SOO ANGRY <br> <br> I will pay lawyers and sue the **** out of you for all the damage you have caused me
