Lies lies lies

Terrible terrible services. They advertise instant credit and same day payouts but thats false. I app**** on the 14th and on the 16th they requested bank statements which by the way was uploaded so it was sent to them before 12:30 on the 16th, when requesting feedback on live chat i was told not to type in Caps which totally ticked me off for them to tell me to type in small caps. Then morning of 17th still dame problem no feedback given. When i got the feedback i was told that it is delayed because of my documents they adverise same day payouts and from 12:30 they had time to go through these documents on the day. When asked about the false advertising they said that if i had been with them long enough i would know they have a delay in payments, yet if I read through the hello peter complaints it is clear that this is just the normal ****ty service they have always give to customers because everyone is complaining about the same damn thing and yet they will be defensive and make it out as if the customer is in the wrong. They should stop false advertising and stop lying to future customers. They offer little to no services, they dont give you feedback unless gou are the one contacting them and then they will have an attitude if you use caps and not small caps and telling you in what cap size you are allowed to type- pathetic
