Lies and very bad services

Getbucks have a very bad custimer services rate,i tell you now that i have logfed a complain suddenly there is a system generated msg sent to me stating that my application has been declined,earlier on they could not call me or give me feedback,the msg i had from them was my application is being processed.....i was waiting for almost a week for them to give me feedback still nothing.now they want to respond with system generated msgs....BAD SERVICE I TELL YOU!!
