Lies about system issues, 2nd time this occurs ....poor n shameful service...!!

My loan was approved and sent a sms n email to that effect on the 7th, till now it hasn't been paid.

Same thing happened last time i resorted to Hellopeter that is when a manager from Brits called me n i was given preferential payout in less than 30minutes.

Why is it you do not notify or update courteously the affected customers? I also feel that you will probably calculate the past two days interest even though I didn't have the funds in my posession to justify you charging me interest for that day.

Please this was emergency and the delay defy n negates the purpose why i should still get the money if there is any in the near future, in short the service is extremely pooor n regretful, unprofessional to say the least.

I expect exemtion from the interest charge for the days i didn't have money in my use or cancellation of this loan by midday if money isnt paid, this is some BS service goin' on here.
