Legal route needed in this case!!!

This company is a total let down. After 5 days of waiting for my funds to be transferred to my fnb ewallet, they reversed them back to my wallet and not even a single call or sms telling me whats going on, I transferred them again to a friend who in turn transferred them to her bank account. To this very day not a cent has been transferred to that account. In total now I'm counting 10 days still waiting for the funds. Truth be told I'm seriously contemplating taking the legal route. These people are taking the public for a ride, violating their rights in a process.
