Lack of communication

This company can work the only issue is payout takes too long. I was approved and been looking out for my funds spoke to a consultant and they mentioned to me payout has not yet taken place and they can not say when will paout take place. Yet the lady that helped me to get approved has not mentioned there is a delay. Can someone please asisst me to get funds released urgently
