Kept in the dark

So after writing a review I was quick to get called and told that my issue would be escalated and I would have feedback by the end of the day... that was yesterday.

I have still not received an sms or email explaining this situation and have to use my phone to call in. The response that I keep getting is the same, we are not sure when payout will be made. This is totally unacceptable, as customers we deserve to be informed about what is happening. I am sure you will have a lot less angry customers if you just tell us what is happening instead of keeping quiet.I am getting extremely frustrated with customer service "or the lack thereof". When will payout be made??? surely someone knows something.
