It's BS

Spoke to a lady called Caroline over the phone. She was so rude and she abruptly hung up the phone. This after I was asking why "same day" loans would take weeks to pay out. My loan was approved on the 26th, still no funds.

What part of emergency do they not understand? We take these out for emergency purposes not to be later frustrated by their *********** ways
