ITC update not done

<p>I paid a loan in full at in May of this year. I have a paid up letter and numerous corresrfrom Sylvester Kind and Bazil Goeieman regarding the removal of the 150+ day arrears of my account at Transunion and other bureaus. </p> <p>I have contacted transunion but even if I send the paid up letter I cannot have the problem solved. This is the only negative listing and it causes embarrassment and is damaging my profile. How can I get them to grt this updated and back dated???</p>
