ITC update

I paid off my account and received paid up letter, to date that account is still reflecting with an outstanding amount on my ITC, impacting me negatively. I have been calling and I'm being sent from pillar to post,, no one can assist me, some of the numbers I have tried to contact are not going through. I'm am seriously frustrated. I paid off this account 7 months ago.
