ITC not updated a month later !!!

My debit order for R3700 was successful and paid in full on the 20/07/2015 .<br> Up to this day my ITC , transunion profile still says I owe GET BUCKS R3700 , I now cannot get credit as I have an instalment with Getbucks , which l paid in july.<br> I have called the call centre and they assured me it will be updated , all my creditors have updated for July except for Getbucks I will never apply for a loan with you guys .<br> FIX this asap !!!
