ITC not updated

My account which was paid up a couple of years ago is still not updated on ITC and still shows as in arrears. Even after complainint lastweek to getbucks still no one has even contacted me. they have my email address and my cell number but didnt even try to resolve the mess they have done under my name. This is really poor customer service.
