ITC not updated

I keep having the same problem with my account not being removed from ITC even after receiving a paid up letter.<br> This account was paid up a couple of years ago and still reflects on ITC.<br> i have been promised a numbver of times by Sylvester that it was sent to ITC but still it reflects as in arrears.<br> The last time i was told this was in Feb this year but still nothing, i only found out today after i was rejected of getting a Bond Approval because of this one stupid thing not updated. Someone is clearly not doing their job properly to ensure clients are treated right and happy. Customer service at Getbucks is totally up to standards.
