ITC NOT UPDATED

I had paid up my loan on the 23/01/2016.I called the call centre on the 01/02/2016 and the call centre consultant assured me that it would be updated but up until now it was not ....I called in yesterday and each time it costs me R80 to draw a report its not free and I have done this twice already it is still reflecting on my itc report that I owe you R4959 but I don't ....Could it be updated asap I don't see why I need to wait another month for this to be done...
