ITC not being updated

I have had several payday advances with them they are quick with approving and making it happen but updating a persons ITC looks like it takes them forever. I took out a payday advance in November 2014 end of February 2015 it was still lying outstanding on my ITC and it was paid up in December 2014. I had to phone and send Getbucks an email to get my ITC updated. Now not even a month later the same story another balance is lying on my ITC that has been paid up in February 2015. How long does or even how often do they updated the records at any of the credit bureaus. This is affecting me negatively.<br> <br>
