ITC Clearence

So a lady by the name of Koketso called we were not getting anywhere in fact it resulted in a bit of a argument. My question was what Is Getbucks doing to get my situation resolved?... Well I'm still waiting I told her to send me a email as my lunch time was almost finish and she agreed im still waiting on the email. She also advised she will give me a call back on the following day which was Wednesday today is Friday... Now I'm not someone who normally complain about service but this is pathetic I do Client services myself and I would Neva suggest I will call back and then I don't. with reference to previous correspondece on the 1march 2016 not correcting my details with ITC timeously
