ITC

On 18th of March I wrote a complaint on ebucks regarding my ITC not being updated. The next day one of their employees contacted me. Thumbs up for the fast response. I was told that there was a problem with the credit bureaus and the supplier but all has been resolved. That the credit bureaus will be updated as per settlement. Today is Thursday 2nd April after receiving a call on the 19th of March that the matter will be resolved to my surprise it has not. So all those settled accounts I have with them still shows an open balance from 2014 on my credit reports. Which is affecting me negatively. You should have some sort of agreement in place with the credit bureau. Really not happy with this. Will these ever show paid up? And please send me settlement letters on all of those.
