IT IS ALL LIES! TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

I informed Getbucks two weeks before my salary date that they have the wrong salary date. They **** to me and told me that that is the date my HR confirmed. My HR never spoke to any one! (Lie 1) They then told me that my account will only be monitored and no debit order will go off until my salary is paid in. (Lie 2) A debit order did go off and my bank charged me R139! I sent in a complaint and Sylvester King emailed me and asked for my bank statement to show this bank fee. He said he will get back to me (Lie 3). I have resent that information 3 times and still no feedback! Today I complained again on their website and was promised that I will get feedback (Lie 4). It is now 2 hours later and still nothing! If I knew this will be the service I will be receiving I would have gone to Wonga, Boodle or even a loan shark as they treat people better! PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
