Issue still not resolved

Good Day<br> <br> This is the 3rd complaint I have submitted for Getbucks. <br> Both previous cases was credit bureaus not being updated. After my first complaint I was called and said it was a issue from their side. After month I checked and still my credit bureau was not updated and again I submitted a complaint. I was called by Koketso Mpindi she did agree its unacceptable that my credit bureau has not been updated, she also promised it has been resolved the issue their company had with the credit bureau. She promised to phone me back the next day and I should know she will attend to the issue herself and it will be resolved. Its 4 days later and I still did not get a call from her or anybody from their company. Whether my credit bureau has been updated with all the credit bureau companies I don't know. It costs me money too pull one everytime,. I also asked for paid up letters in my previous complaint and also did not receive any!!! <br> <br>
