Incorrect Deductions disputed causing undue inconvenience

On the 28th of August I notified Anele @ Getbucks that my salary date would be changing from the 23rd to 26th as from September. In September I was advised by Hennie that change would only be effected as from Oct as the debit orders for Sep had already been loaded. He said that my account would be tracked, but I received funds before my salary was deposited. These funds were intended for other commitment, hence I disputed the early deductions, and had them reversed. I then arranged for the reversed deductions to be paid on 28th of Sep. My online profile was suspended. This was fixed but now my online profile shows that there are active arrangements in place. I don't understand why this is the case when my loans all show up to date. Please arrange for the immediate rectification of my profile. All this could have been avoided had my initial request been processed. I am extremely disappointed in the service since I notified of GetBucks of the change in deduction date.
