Incorrect debit order date for 4 months
I requested that the debit order for my loan be made on 23rd as this is the day I get paid. Despite phoning and requesting that it is changed this is the FOURTH month it has been loaded for the 22nd. This results in bank charges for being overdrawn. Why can this not be resolved?
