incorrect billing

I have two accounts with get bucks one for 500 rand and the second for 8000 rand a debit order was set up for the 25th of October 2014 to pay the two loans but they deducted a day before of which its the 24 and it was unsuccessful because of insufficient funds I tried to call but no one responded after a week one of the consultant called to set up a new debit order for 25 Nov 2014 but same thing happened they deducted a day before I get paid and the debit did not go through, January 2015 I decided to pay the loans via EFT and after paying get bucks also deducted 700 rand from my account for what reason I don't know , I asked getbucks about the 700 rand but they all cant trace it I even have a proof of that debit so my advise to u all is don't take loans with get bucks
