Incorrect and Extra Deductions

On the 19 February Getbucks tried to deduct for a loan of R374.41 however I only get paid on the 27th of each Month. I then made a manual payment & sent proof on 04/03 to [Email Removed] & informed them my pay date is the 27th. I first tired calling them on *** but no one answered or they answer and drop the call. On the 12/03 I received an email from Charlize Smith confirming that the deduction date was changed to the 27th monthly, yet they still deducted on the 18/03. When I called to find out why, they could not answer me & the Manager advised he would check & get back to me, he never did. On the 27 /03, they took the instalment &I thought everything was in order, only to discover they tried to deduct on the 01/04 and 07/04 & when I called them today, they advised the payment for the 27th March was unsuccessful, I advised I called the bank and FNB confirmed it was taken successfully. I have sent them a bank statement as proof & no answer as yet. They have also been doing a deduction of R7.50 for no reason and once again there answer to me is that its bank changes which is not true. I need this rectified as it is effecting my profile.
