Inconsistent and false advertising and no payment

Inconsistent stories from GetBucks. My loan was approved over three days ago and still waiting for payment .

I’ve contacted them every few hours to find out what happening only to find out two stories that don’t exactly make sense . Story 1. Technical difficulties that their finance department is experiencing (for more then 3 days now. Story 2. The finance department is struggling to release payments . Today is the 18th and the are only processing payments from the 4 th of November today manually on the 18th !!

I’ve now asked for a supervisor or a manager to get hold of me and still nothing . I’ve phoned and no one wants to give me an answer or transfer me to a supervisor .

I’ve been helped by Malebo and Nthombi and they are both telling different stories.

The can’t even answer a simple question , why does GetBucks approve loans when they can’t even realise payment .
